Andreea Udrea, PhD, AICP, serves as the Assistant Director of the Current Planning team at the City of Dallas, focusing on zoning applications, development plans, and variances. Andreea's previous roles include Planning Manager and Senior Planner at the City of Farmers Branch, along with academic experience as a Professor Assistant at "Ion Mincu" University of Architecture and Urban Planning. Additional professional experience includes planning consultancy for the "Murfatlar Vineyard" project and involvement in urban mobility projects with A.T.U. As a Doctor of Philosophy in urban planning, Andreea has a strong educational background from "Ion Mincu" University, complemented by a Master's degree in urban management and a Bachelor's degree in urban planning.
