Anthony Bingham

Anthony Bingham is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in enterprise server operations and end-user support management. Currently serving as the Manager of Enterprise Server Operations for the City of Dallas since October 2017, Anthony oversees the operation support for over 400 critical city systems and manages a Hybrid-Cloud server infrastructure. Prior roles include Service Delivery Manager at HCL America, where Anthony led a 52-member international technical support team, and Manager of Help Desk at LPL Financial, overseeing technical support for over 4,000 staff. With a solid educational background, including a Master's degree in Information Resource Management from Central Michigan University, Anthony has also taught IT management courses as a Core Adjunct Professor at National University. Additionally, Anthony's military service as an Avionics Technician in the U.S. Air Force laid the groundwork for a successful career in technology and support services.
