Brandon Hutchins

Brandon Hutchins, PE, is a highly experienced civil engineer currently serving as a Senior Engineer for the City of Dallas since July 2023. Prior to this, Brandon worked as a Project Engineer at TSIT Engineering & Consulting from January 2020 to July 2023, where communication and client satisfaction were paramount. Previously, at HVJ Associates® from November 2017 to January 2020, Brandon excelled in managing testing operations and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure high-quality lab testing outcomes. Brandon's career also includes roles at Raba Kistner, Inc. as an Engineer-In-Training II and as a Geotechnical Field Engineer at Waste Control Specialists, where quality assurance and inspections were critical. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, completed in 2012.
