Darwin Wade

Darwin Wade, MBA, MPA, CPM, currently serves as the Assistant Director for the Department of Housing and Neighborhood Revitalization for the City of Dallas, overseeing several key divisions including the Mixed Income Housing Development Bonus Program and the Dallas Housing Acquisition and Development Corporation. With extensive experience in housing and community development, roles have included Area Redevelopment Manager at Smith Chapel AME Church and Grants Supervisor for the City of Arlington, alongside consultancy positions for NeighborWorks America and various nonprofit organizations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Stephen F. Austin State University and two master's degrees in Public Administration and Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management, supplemented by certification from the Texas Certified Public Manager Program.
