Kimberly Tolbert

Kimberly Bizor Tolbert is Chief of Staff to the City Manager where she directs operations and administrative affairs of the City Manager’s Office. Tolbert provides executive leadership to the Mayor/Council Office, Public Affairs and Outreach, Office of Strategic Partnerships and Government Affairs, Aviation, Human Resources, and the Office of Business Diversity.
