Vincent Lewis P.e.

Vincent Lewis P.E., CFM is an accomplished professional in engineering and project management, currently serving as the Assistant Director at the City of Dallas Department of Aviation since October 2024. With extensive experience at the City of Dallas since June 2010, Vincent has held various roles including Interim Assistant Director, Third Tier Executive, and Senior Engineer, focusing on areas such as erosion control, pump stations, and levee remediation. Prior to this, Vincent worked as a Transportation Engineer at the Texas Department of Transportation from September 1999 to June 2010, leading a team of four Engineer-in-Training professionals. Vincent holds a degree from the University of Minnesota, where attendance spanned from 1994 to 1999.
