Kirk J. Kern

Kirk J. Kern is an experienced professional in the field of building safety and utility management, currently serving as the Chief Building Official for the City of Denison since October 2012. In various roles, including Interim Building Official, Senior Building Inspector, Building Inspector, and Permit Technician, Kirk J. Kern has demonstrated expertise in permit administration, customer service, and data reporting. Prior to this, Kirk J.
