Timothy Doherty currently serves as the Police Services Manager at the City of Des Plaines, a position held since April 2000, where responsibilities include managing the police department records division, parking enforcement, and animal control, as well as overseeing the development and management of the annual budget. Additionally, Timothy holds the role of Administrative Manager, coordinating technology and software upgrades for the department. Since April 2001, Timothy has also been a Commissioner for the Mt. Prospect Park District, focusing on adopting policies to ensure organizational efficiency, legality, and ethics. Timothy Doherty earned a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the University of South Dakota from 2018 to 2020 and a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Benedictine University from 2007 to 2009.
