Jack Fennessey has over three decades of experience in the legal and information technology sectors. Currently serving as Department Manager for the City of Detroit since May 2010, Jack Fennessey focuses on the selection, implementation, and management of law enforcement IT projects, including initiatives related to Computer Aided Dispatch, body cameras, and License Plate Recognition systems. Prior to this role, Jack Fennessey worked as Principal Attorney and Director of IT for the Wayne County Prosecuting Attorney from February 1990 to February 2010, where notable contributions included serving as a data analyst for the high-profile case People v Kwame Kilpatrick. Jack Fennessey earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law between 1985 and 1988.
