Martin DeNicolo is an experienced professional in data analysis and public policy, currently serving as the Deputy Director of Open Data for the City of Detroit since June 2019. DeNicolo has held various positions within the City, including Associate Director of Policy and Performance, Data Systems and Engagement Manager, and Data Analyst. Prior to this role, teaching experience includes positions as a Lecturer at the University of Michigan-Dearborn and Senior Lecturer at Wayne State University. Martin also served as Program Director at Christ the King Service Corps and was an Assistant Professor of Political Science at Davis and Elkins College. Earlier experience includes work as an Instructor/Research Assistant at the University of Colorado and as a Research Associate at the Community Research and Service Center.
