Bibi Baloyra

Bibi Baloyra is an experienced professional in cultural policy development and museum business operations, currently serving as Assistant Director for the Albuquerque Museum and Cultural Consultant for the City of Doral. With a strong background in museum business development as Director at Echo Lake Industries, Ltd., Bibi has facilitated collaborative growth with major cultural institutions. Previous roles include leading the reinterpretation of the Freedom Tower at Miami Dade College and serving as Executive Director at the Bakehouse Art Complex, where Bibi managed operations for over 50 artists. Experience also includes key project management roles in international development with UNDP and Qatar Museums Authority. Bibi holds a Master of Arts in International Political Economy and Development from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of Miami.
