Bibi Baloyra is an experienced professional in cultural policy development and museum business operations, currently serving as Assistant Director for the Albuquerque Museum and Cultural Consultant for the City of Doral. With a strong background in museum business development as Director at Echo Lake Industries, Ltd., Bibi has facilitated collaborative growth with major cultural institutions.
