Roger Bradley currently serves as City Manager for the City of Downey since March 2023. Previously held positions include Assistant City Manager for the City of Corona from July 2020 to March 2023 and Assistant County Administrative Officer for the County of Kings, California from August 2018 to July 2020. Roger's career also features a role as Community Services Director for the City of Claremont, overseeing urban forestry, refuse collection, and utility monitoring, as well as ten years as Assistant to the City Manager in Dublin, managing multiple functional areas including legislative advocacy and disaster preparedness. Additional experience includes an internship in risk management at Sandy City, volunteer work with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and service as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps. Educational background includes a Master of Public Administration from USC Sol Price School of Public Policy and dual bachelor's degrees in Statistics and Political Science from Brigham Young University.
