Jeff Hurst, CEC, currently serves as the Executive Chef at the City of Dreams Manila, overseeing multiple luxury hotel operations, including Hyatt Regency and Nobu Hotel. Prior experience includes roles such as Executive Chef/Consultant at TokyoChef Consultancy, where expertise encompasses private chef services, menu creation, recipe development, and staff training. Hurst has also held significant positions as Opening Executive Chef at Conrad Hotels & Resorts and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where Jeff was instrumental in launching new dining concepts. Additional experience includes executive roles at InterContinental Hotels Group, Yokohama Country & Athletic Club, and Sheraton Sirokanedai, among others. Hurst holds an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts and Hotel and Restaurant Management from the American Culinary Federation and has a background as a Chef Instructor at Le Cordon Bleu.
