Brian Quandt

Brian Quandt brings extensive experience in the entertainment and technology sectors, currently serving as a Board Member for Act Local Festivals where collaboration with festival directors promotes UN sustainable development goals. As a Hollywood Media and Technology Advisor since 2002, Brian has provided guidance to various media production companies. Brian's roles in public service include City Commissioner for Planning and Economic Development in Duarte. Previous positions include Engineering Analyst at VUBIQUITY, VP of Business Development at Bixly, Software Engineer/Consultant at Technicolor, and Head of Engineering at AutoDCP, among other significant roles. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology and Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and University of Wisconsin-Madison.
