Jalisa Harris

Jalisa Harris, AICP, is a skilled urban planner currently serving as a Project Reviewer and Case Manager for Major Land Development with the City of Durham since 2023, where responsibilities include project conceptual development, coordination of department approvals, and community engagement facilitation. Previous experience includes roles as a Planner II at both Inspire Placemaking Collective and S&ME, internships in transportation planning with HDR, and strategic planning consulting at the University of Central Florida. Jalisa also has a background in international education as a teacher and coordinator, along with leadership experience in community service organizations.
