Ronald Lacasse

Ronald Lacasse has extensive experience in public works management, currently serving as the Deputy Director of Public Works for the City of East Lansing since July 1998, overseeing a staff of 77 across multiple divisions. Prior roles include Infrastructure Administrator, responsible for various operational divisions within the Department of Public Works, and Senior Engineer, managing municipal infrastructure projects such as street reconstructions and sewer rehabilitations. Ronald began his career as a Design Engineer at DLZ Corporation from 1995 to 1998, working on sewer, water main, and roadway projects, and gained field inspection experience on bridge and demolition projects. Ronald holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Michigan, obtained between 1992 and 1995.
