James Rice

James Rice is an experienced civil engineer with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University, attained in 2014. Currently serving as an Associate Engineer for the City of El Segundo since March 2020, James previously held the position of Civil Engineer - Project Manager at KPFF Consulting Engineers from February 2015 to March 2020, where responsibilities included coordinating design and construction documents for various projects and overseeing construction administration. Prior experiences include internships and assistant roles at Bergmann Associates, the Michigan Department of Transportation, and the Michigan State University Police Department, where James gained valuable skills in data collection, traffic model preparation, and on-site project evaluation.
