Jeff Luker

Jeff Luker serves as the Water Superintendent for the City of Elgin, a position held since June 2014. Previously, Jeff worked as the Chief Plant Operator for the same organization from 2004 to 2014 and began their career there as an Instrumentation Service Worker, later taking on the role of Class A Relief Water Operator. Jeff is currently pursuing education at DeVry University, with studies ongoing since 2012.
