Luis Palomino

Luis Palomino, MBA, is an experienced professional with a diverse background in employment counseling, parking enforcement, human resources, talent acquisition, and management. Currently serving as an Employment Counselor Trainee at the NJ State of Labor Department since April 2024, Luis manages a substantial caseload, providing career counseling and job placement support. With over a decade of experience as a Parking Enforcement Officer for the City of Elizabeth, expertise in customer service and office support has been demonstrated. Previous roles include a Human Resources Benefits Intern at Atlantic Health System, a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Winston Staffing, and a Fellow at Braven, where user experience improvements were researched and implemented.
