Lily Frey

Lily Frey has a wide range of experience in various roles related to risk management, cash transfer programming, advocacy, monitoring and evaluation, and housing and grants administration. With a background in international relations and political science, Lily has worked with organizations such as the City of Ellensburg, Cambia Health Solutions, Mercy Corps, and the United Nations Stabilization Mission in Haiti. Lily holds a Master of Science from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a Master of Arts from Sciences Po, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley.
