Jenessa Dragovich

Jenessa Dragovich is an experienced professional in urban planning and permit review, currently serving as the Permit Review Manager for the City of Eugene since November 2017. In this role, Jenessa oversees the development and administration of building permit plan review and issuance services. Previously, Jenessa held positions as a Senior Planner and Permit Review Manager at Oregon Wild, and worked as a Conservation & Outreach Associate at the Middle Fork Willamette Watershed Council. An Education Assistant role involved curriculum development and volunteer management. Early experience included a Conservation Technology Internship at Oregon Wild and a Land Use Analyst position with the City of Eugene, where complex code analysis and database management were key responsibilities. Jenessa earned a Bachelor’s Degree in General Science from the University of Oregon and attended Lane Community College.
