Thea E.

Thea E. is a GIS Analyst with extensive experience in geographic information systems and research. Since December 2017, Thea has worked at the City of Eugene, contributing to various projects leveraging GIS technology. Prior to this role, Thea served as an Economic Researcher at Indiana University from November 2014 to November 2017 and worked as a Geographic Data Manager at Blue Raster from July 2011 to November 2014. Thea's earlier experience includes roles as a Service Corps Fellow at the Monroe County Planning Department and as a Community and Organizational Development Volunteer with the Peace Corps. Thea began a career in market research as a Market Research Analyst with Global Perspectives, Inc. Thea holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Science and a Master’s Degree in Public Affairs from Indiana University Bloomington, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Anderson University.
