Jordan Willy

Jordan Willy currently serves as the Assistant Director of Economic Development for the City of Fishers since December 2022. Previously, Jordan held the position of Project Manager at Compass Commercial Construction Group from February 2020 to November 2022, and at MacDougall Pierce Construction from November 2017 to February 2020. Earlier career roles include Inside Sales/Estimator at Kuhlmann Supply Company and Sales Representative/Merchandiser at Summit Distributing. Jordan's experience also encompasses a role as a Driver Helper at Monarch Beverage and Project Estimator at True Fireproofing, where responsibilities included locating bids and completing fireproofing project bids. Additionally, Jordan served as an Area Supervisor for the Town of Fishers, overseeing a crew and managing equipment. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Construction Management from St. Louis Community College and continued studies in Construction Management at Purdue University, along with a high school diploma from Fishers High School.
