Amanda Pope

Amanda Pope has extensive work experience in the public sector, primarily with the City of Florence in South Carolina. Amanda began their career with the City in 1996 as an Administrative Coordinator, handling various administrative duties. In 2011, they transitioned to the City Manager's Office and served as the Administrator, supporting the city's top executive. More recently, in 2021, they assumed the role of Marketing/Communications and Municipal Services Director, where they are responsible for overseeing marketing and communications efforts as well as managing municipal services. Amanda Pope has demonstrated their dedication and expertise in the public sector through their long-standing career with the City of Florence.

Amanda Pope obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science from the University of South Carolina Upstate from 1988 to 1992.
