Harold Good

Harold (Hal) Good is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in procurement and contracting. Currently serving as the President and CEO of Procurement Pros Group, LLC since November 2012, Hal has also contributed as a content contributor for Public Spend Forum since September 2015, focusing on collaboration in the public sector. Invited into the IBM Futurist program in May 2015, Hal collaborates with thought leaders to envision the future of commerce. A former President of the National Procurement Institute, Hal played a pivotal role in public agency procurement strategies while serving as Director of Procurement and Contracting for Frederick County Government and the City of Palm Springs. Hal's leadership facilitated the implementation of eCommerce and online bidding in Palm Springs. Educational credentials include attendance at The New School, Elizabethtown College, and Goshen College.
