Tabitha Guess

Tabitha Guess is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community engagement and volunteer management. Currently serving as Outreach Services Supervisor and Citywide Volunteer Services Coordinator for the City of Fort Worth since January 2017, Tabitha is responsible for developing policies and procedures for over 25 volunteer programs, managing background screenings, and overseeing the volunteer management software. Previous roles include Community Engagement Liaison, Adjunct Instructor of Public Speaking at Hill College, and Area Community Coordinator at H-E-B, where Tabitha enhanced corporate responsibility initiatives and facilitated community donations. Tabitha's teaching experience as a sixth-grade teacher and internship in marketing and development further showcases a strong background in communication, underpinned by a Master of Arts in Communication from Abilene Christian University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from McMurry University.
