Haskell Harper

Haskell Harper has extensive experience in information security and network administration, currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Lead Network Administrator for the City of Garland since 2003. Additionally, Haskell Harper has worked as a Senior Security Engineer for the City of Garland, Texas, since January 2021. Previous experience includes a role as a Senior IT Analyst at AcNet Computer Systems from January 1993 to May 2002, where contributions were made as a senior consultant for Novell and Microsoft networks.
