Judson Rex

Judson Rex is an accomplished city manager with extensive experience in municipal leadership and urban planning. Currently serving as City Manager for the City of Garland since January 2021, Judson previously held the position of City Manager for the City of Denison, Texas, from January 2015 to December 2020. Prior experience includes Town Manager of the Town of Strasburg and roles as Planner and Assistant Town Manager. Judson's career began as a Planner II in Saratoga Springs, Utah, and includes positions as Planner I and Planning Intern in Dublin, Ohio, and Provo City. Educational credentials include a Master of City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science in Planning and Resource Management from Brigham Young University.
