Tammy Tucker

Tammy Tucker is an experienced professional in parks, recreation, and facility management, currently serving as the Director of Parks, Recreation and Golf for the City of Golden since July 2023. Prior to this role, Tucker was the Director of Parks, Recreation and Open Space at Highlands Ranch Metro District from September 2021 to July 2023. Additional experience includes serving as the Recreation and Facilities Management Superintendent for the City of Lafayette, Colorado, from June 2015 to September 2021, and as the Director of Facilities for Gold Crown Foundation from May 2002 to May 2015. Early career positions include Assistant Apex Center Manager at Apex Park and Recreation District and Assistant Director of Recreation at the University of Denver. Tammy Tucker holds a Master’s degree in Sport Management from Ball State University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Exercise and Sport Science and Sport and Performance from the University of San Francisco.
