Alen Ganic

Alen Ganic has over fifteen years of experience in inventory and asset management. Alen began their career as an operations manager at Plastech Eng. in January 2005, where they oversaw the entire plant operation, including molding and assembly. In May 2008, they left Plastech Eng. to become the inventory and asset manager at the City of Grand Rapids, where they have been responsible for managing the city's inventory and assets.

They are on a team with William Smith - Project Engineer, Kurt Anderson - Wastewater/Water Plant Supervisor, and Dale Downing - Information Systems Coordinator. Marianne Guthrie - Materials Resource Planning Supervisor, Jane Rapley - Materials Resource Planning Supervisor report to Alen Ganic. Their manager is William Kaiser, Acting Asst. Environmental Services Manager.
