Alexandra Baylis

Alexandra Baylis has worked in customer service for over eight years. Alexandra began their career as a crew member at Burger King Corporation in October 2011. In this role, they provided an exceptional customer service experience and efficiently took customer orders and handled cash. In April 2014, they transitioned to Clubhouse Associate at Morrison Lake Golf Club. In this role, they provided administrative and operational support through menu development, updating the website, creating food procedures, answering customer calls, and maintaining office organization. Alexandra also successfully managed the roles of bartender, waitress, and cook independently. In July 2014, Alexandra transitioned to their current role as Office Assistant II at the City of Grand Rapids.

Alexandra Baylis attended Grand Rapids Community College and Grand Valley State University.

Alexandra Baylis reports to Robert Black, Public Works Supervisor. Alexandra Baylis works with Ronnie Thurkettle - Refuse Collection Operator, Leon Sargent - Refuse Collection Operator, and Norman Ward - Refuse Collection Operator.
