Amber Beebe

Amber Beebe is the current Assistant City Attorney II at the City of Grand Rapids. Amber has previous experience working as the General Counsel for MidLink Logistics, LLC. and as the Acting Corporate Counsel for Kalamazoo County Government. In their role as Acting Corporate Counsel, Amber was responsible for drafting, implementing, and enforcing ordinances relating to zoning laws and violations, township and county regulations. Amber also negotiated and drafted the first ever cooperative agreement between a Michigan municipality and an accredited medical school. Amber has a passion for public law and takes pride in their ability to cooperate and collaborate with community and governmental leaders.

Amber Beebe reports to Anita Hitchcock, City Attorney. They are on a team with Jennifer Morgrette - Business Manager, Phillip Strom - Deputy City Attorney, and Elizabeth Fossel - Director of Legal Affairs - Civil Litigation.
