Phillip Strom

Deputy City Attorney at City of Grand Rapids

Phillip Strom is the current Deputy City Attorney at the City of Grand Rapids. Phillip has held this position since August 2019. Prior to that, they were a Trustee at Bay de Noc Community College from August 2011 to August 2019. Phillip also served as the County Administrator for Delta County Michigan from April 2018 to September 2019. From February 2011 to April 2018, they were the Prosecuting Attorney and Civil Counsel for Delta County, Michigan. Phillip began their career as an Associate Attorney at STROM & STROM ATTORNEYS-AT-LAW, PC from July 2009 to February 2011.

Phillip Strom received their Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School and their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Western Michigan University. Phillip is certified by the State Bar of Michigan as a Licensed Attorney.
