Phillip Wheeler

Phillip Wheeler, FMP, currently serves as the Facilities Maintenance Superintendent for the City of Grand Rapids since February 2018, after previously holding the position of Facilities Maintenance Supervisor. Prior experience includes working as an Associate Facilities Coordinator at BISSELL Homecare, Inc. from December 2013 to February 2018, and as an Operations Manager at SMG, where Phillip managed operations and logistical event planning from August 2011 to June 2013. Earlier in Phillip's career, a Facilities Management Internship was completed at John Ball Zoo in 2011. Phillip Wheeler earned a Bachelor of Science in Facilities Management and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Architectural Technology from Ferris State University.
