P'Elizabeth Koelker

P'Elizabeth Koelker, AIA, NCARB, AICP, currently serves as the Director of Planning and Community Development for the City of Grandview Heights, a position held since January 2021. Prior to this role, P'Elizabeth was a Principal and Studio Director at M+A Architects from May 2012 to October 2020, focusing on healthcare and higher education projects. P'Elizabeth also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Faculty member at Kent State University and the Knowlton School of Architecture at The Ohio State University. Previous experience includes leadership roles in local government and as a founding principal at KMA Design Partners, LLC. P'Elizabeth holds multiple degrees from The Ohio State University, including a Master of Architecture and a Master of Arts in Communications/Cultural Studies, and has received accolades for academic excellence.
