Randy D. Dunn

Randy D. Dunn currently serves as the Community Development Director for the City of Grandview, a position held since February 2023. As the Owner of Dean & Dunn LLC since March 2011, Randy has developed entrepreneurial expertise alongside a robust public service career, including roles as Executive Director of the Missouri Democratic Party from February 2021 to February 2023 and Community Affairs Liaison in the U.S. House of Representatives from January 2019 to February 2021. Previous experience includes serving as Executive Director at Spark, State Representative for Missouri's 23rd District, and City Planner for Kansas City, MO. Randy holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, complemented by a Master of Public Administration (MPA) and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Affairs, underscoring a strong academic background in urban planning and administration.
