Paige Millen is an experienced Engineering Technician currently employed by the City of Greeley since February 2016, with prior experience at GROUND Engineering Consultants, Inc. from April 2013 to November 2015. In these roles, Paige has demonstrated proficiency in testing and inspection techniques, adherence to industry standards, and management of geotechnical laboratory operations.
