Mitch Posner

Mitch Posner has extensive experience in public service and law enforcement, currently serving as a Code Compliance Official for the City of Hallandale Beach since September 2021 and as a Code Enforcement Supervisor at the City of West Palm Beach since May 2015, managing a team of 16 officers. Previous roles include positions at Barnes & Noble as a Bookseller, Warm Hearts Pet Rescue as Chief Rummage Scrounger, and Reman Printers as an Online Listing Coordinator. Historically, Mitch has held various law enforcement positions, including Patrol Lead at Lynn University, Deputy Corrections Officer at Potter County Sheriff's Office, and 911 Dispatcher for Amarillo Police Department. Military service as an Air Traffic Controller and Training Operations NCO in the US Army complements an educational background that includes a Master of Science in Administration with a specialization in Criminal Justice from Lynn University.
