Victoria Mills

Victoria Mills possesses extensive experience in business applications and technology, currently serving as Supervisor of Business Applications within the Information Technology department at the City of Hamilton since September 2022. Prior to this role, Victoria spent over 18 years at the Town of Oakville in various positions, including Senior Business Analyst and GIS Project Manager. Additional experience includes instructing GIS at Ryerson University and teaching Geography and Science at a private education provider. Early career involvement as a GIS Technician at the City of Kitchener laid the groundwork for a strong foundation in geospatial analysis. Victoria holds multiple certifications from the University of Toronto in Enterprise Architecture and Business Analysis, along with an Honours BA in Geography from Laurentian University.
