Lavinia Whitley

Lavinia Whitley has a diverse work experience in management and operations roles. Lavinia started as Director of Operations at Chartway Federal Credit Union in 1998, then worked at Cox Communications as Regional Operations Center Manager, moved on to King Koil - Mid Atlantic as Business Manager, and later became Associate Director for Business Operations at Troy University. Lavinia then transitioned to the Virginia Department of Health - Portsmouth Health District as Business Manager before joining the City of Hampton, where they served as Deputy Director of Finance-Procurement and eventually progressed to the role of Director Of Procurement. Lavinia'sroles have involved overseeing purchasing operations, managing staff, and handling various aspects of business operations.

Lavinia Whitley earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from Virginia Wesleyan College in 1988. Later, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Averett University between 1999 and 2001.
