Victor Zepeda Jr.

Victor Zepeda Jr., PHR, has extensive experience in human resources and compensation management. Currently serving as the Compensation and Classification Manager for the City of Hampton since August 2022, Victor previously held roles as Compensation Administrator and HR Analyst at the City of McKinney from April 2015 to August 2022. Prior to this, Victor worked at Xerox from September 2007 to April 2015 in various HR positions, including HR Generalist and HR Specialist. Victor holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management from the University of Houston-Downtown, completed between 2001 and 2006.
