Courtney Redsull

Courtney (Lancaster) Redsull, PHR, is an experienced human resources professional with over a decade of leadership in various HR roles. Currently serving as Employee Benefits Manager and Human Resources Business Partner at the City of Henderson since January 2013, Courtney previously worked at the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada from July 2007 to January 2013 as Human Resources/Safety & Security Supervisor, overseeing HR operations and safety compliance for the agency. Earlier positions include HR Safety/Security Compliance Programs Coordinator and Analyst II - Human Resources at the City of Henderson from 2005 to 2007. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, earned in 2001.
