Maria Teresa Cortes, aPHR, is an experienced professional in human resources and employee benefits, currently serving as the Employee Benefits Manager at The Grand America Hotel since November 2020. Previously, Maria Teresa worked as an HR Payroll and Benefits Specialist at Sweet Candy Company and managed the ESL Program for Provo Adult Education with Provo School District for nearly two decades, where strategic program planning and HR protocol development were key responsibilities.
