Cassandra Sanchez Pe

Cassandra Sanchez, PE, currently serves as the Director of Public Works for the City of Hesperia since August 2023, previously holding the position of Deputy City Engineer. Between September 2021 and August 2023, Cassandra worked for the City of Eastvale, CA, as a Principal Engineer, focusing on land development and coordinating Capital Improvement Projects. Prior roles include Assistant Principal Engineer at Interwest Consulting Group, Inc., and Engineering Project Manager at the Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, where extensive experience in managing developer plans and overseeing construction projects was gained. Cassandra began a career in engineering as an intern at LAND DEVELOPMENT DESIGN CORPORATION and has held various positions, progressively advancing in responsibilities and expertise. Cassandra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
