Herb Conde-Parlato

Herb Conde-Parlato is an experienced economic development professional with a track record in managing programs and initiatives that support entrepreneurship and business growth. Currently serving as the Economic Development Manager for the City of Hollywood, Florida since January 2019, Herb previously held the role of Economic Development Specialist for Broward County Government, where development and management of the Entrepreneur Development Program resulted in the launch of over 30 new businesses. Other notable positions include Director of Business Expansion, Retention and Recruitment at the Miami-Dade Beacon Council and Executive Director for the Economic Development Council of South Miami-Dade. Herb holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration and Public Policy from Michigan State University.
