Kristen Gerlach

Kristen Gerlach serves as the Senior Marketing Manager at City of Hope since June 2023, previously holding the position of Marketing Campaign Manager at GenesisCare from January 2022 to June 2023. At GenesisCare, Kristen developed marketing strategies and produced content for various cancer service lines, while also supporting significant regional marketing campaigns and building relationships with international leadership. With a long tenure at Cancer Treatment Centers of America from September 2014 to January 2022, Kristen held multiple roles including National Program Manager, where strategic communications and content development for physician outreach were key responsibilities, and COVID-19 Incident Command Planning Section Chief, overseeing critical response efforts. Earlier professional experiences include roles in public relations and communications at Rehab Management Solutions, Cambridge Educational Services, and involvement in media relations at Cancer Treatment Centers of America. Kristen earned a BA in Sociology and English: Literature from Illinois Wesleyan University.
