Melody Haugen

Melody Haugen is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at City of Hope since January 2022, Melody previously contributed to Providence St. Joseph Health in various roles including Human Resources Generalist, Leave of Absence Coordinator, and HRIS/Benefits Representative from April 2007 to September 2022. Earlier career positions include Human Resources Assistant at Olive Crest, HRIS/Generalist at CHOC Children’s Hospital of Orange County, Resource Development Administrative Assistant at the Society of Critical Care Medicine, and several roles in Administrative Support at Hilton Anaheim.
