Jerry Lewandowski has extensive experience in purchasing, risk management, and utility billing, currently serving as the Director of Purchasing, Risk Management and Utility Billing for the City of Hurst since June 2015. Prior roles include Purchasing Manager for the City of North Richland Hills, where responsibilities involved managing purchasing operations and overseeing the formal bidding process, and Purchasing and Billing Supervisor for the Town of Addison, focusing on financial analysis and budget management. Jerry's career also includes managerial positions at Jason's Deli and McDonald's Corporation, where skills in staff supervision, budgeting, and inventory control were developed. Jerry holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at Arlington.
