Emily Nguyen-Hoai has a diverse work experience across various industries. Emily has held positions such as a Senior Leader III at the City of Irvine, a Community Services Leader III also at the City of Irvine, and a Project Manager/Client Coordinator Services at PrideStaff. Emily has also worked as a Textile Librarian at Thomas Lavin, a Teacher at Continuing Development Inc | Child Development Centers, a Private Tutor, and a Title I Assistant at the Irvine Unified School District. Additionally, they have gained experience at Disneyland Resort, working as a Baby Matron and a Main Gate Receptionist. Emily has also served as a School Counseling Intern at South Lake Middle School.

Emily Nguyen-Hoai's education history begins in 2010 when they attended Irvine Valley College, where they obtained their Associate's Degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences in 2012.
