Conner Wood

Conner Wood serves as a City Council Member for Ward 4 and Council Parliamentarian in the City of Jackson since December 2023. Wood has held multiple roles within the Michigan AFL-CIO since February 2018, including Deputy Chief of Staff, Campaigns Director, and Field Coordinator. Noteworthy achievements include serving as Campaign Manager for Jackson Together, where Wood successfully championed Jackson's Non-Discrimination Ordinance to expand protections for the LGBTQ community. Previous experience includes positions such as Supervisor with Recount Michigan and Campaign Manager for the Michigan House Democratic Fund. Conner Wood earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Michigan.
